Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped on the upcoming Monday/Tuesday from Ohio via UPS 3-Day.  Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for 2-Day and Next Day.  Temp phase packs are available in the shop along with winter protection which comes with insulation and heat pack.

Free Shipping:

Orders over $100 within the continental U.S. qualify for free standard shipping (3-Day UPS).  If needed, we will include free weather checks and winter protection (Oct – March).

If your order total is less than $100, you can purchase winter protection through our shipping addons section to ensure safe transit.
