Some leaf yellowing may occur during shipping. We guarantee live arrival as long as weather protection, 2 day shipping has been applied* and the plants are not affected by delays or mishandling, including but not limited to: lost packages, extended transit times, or damage caused by delivery personnel. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and report any delays.
